The billing cycle is the period you’re charged for, the span between two successive billing statements. Depending on your subscription, it can be monthly or yearly. For example, on a monthly subscription starting May 5, your first cycle runs from May 5 to June 4.What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by credit card or debit card. PayPal is available for manual accounts. Indian customers who run into payment issues may be affected by the RBI mandate. Contact support if you need help.Does Pickcel support UPI payments?
Not at the moment. Pickcel currently accepts card payments instead of UPI. If you have trouble paying by card, reach out to support for assistance. Will I be charged automatically, or do I pay manually each month?
Your card is automatically charged on a monthly or yearly basis, based on your subscription. If you add display licenses mid-cycle, the cost for the new licenses is charged upfront for the remaining days until your next billing date, and from the following cycle you receive a single consolidated bill for all licenses. If your card doesn’t support auto-debit, or you’re an Enterprise customer, a manual invoice is generated and sent to you with a payment link. Can I cancel my account anytime?
With the trial, there are no obligations or commitments; you can cancel anytime. For paid plans, cancellation depends on your contract and commitments; contact support for details specific to your plan. How do I cancel my subscription?

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

Cancelled subscriptions are not refunded, and no pro-rata credits are issued for unused time. How do I cancel my trial?
There’s nothing to cancel: the trial never charges you or upgrades on its own. If you decide not to continue, simply let it run out. Your account stays active and accessible until the end of the trial period, and you can upgrade to a paid plan anytime if you change your mind.
