This is the v4 scheduling workflow. For the updated v5 experience, see the new Schedule & Publish overview.
1. Quick Play
Quick Play allows you to immediately display content for a specific duration (up to 180 minutes). Perfect for urgent or emergency notifications.
- Navigate to Composition module and create a composition (if needed)
- Hover on the composition and click the Play icon
- Enter name, duration, and select target screens
- Click Submit to make content live immediately

2. Schedule
Scheduling allows you to publish content at specific times and dates, supporting complex schedules across multiple days or months.
- Click on Publish module and select Schedule
- Set timing for different compositions (supports repeats and multiple time slots)
- Name your schedule and save
- Assign to displays and publish

3. Default Composition
Default Composition is the fallback content that plays when no Quick Play or scheduled content is assigned. It also plays automatically on newly added screens.
- Click on Publish module
- Select Default Composition option
- Choose the composition to set as default
- Click Publish
