The Publish module controls what plays on your screens and when. Every publish starts the same way: click Publish in the left navigation menu, then click the Publish button. You’ll land on the Configure Publish page — choose your publish type and follow the steps.Documentation Index

Quick Play
Push a single composition live immediately for a set duration. Overrides active schedules and resumes them when done.
Schedule
Run one or more compositions between a defined start date/time and end date/time.
Advanced Schedule
Build a full content calendar with day sequences, weekday filters, and repeating date rules.

Draft and Published status
Every publish is saved as you go. Two statuses apply across all publish types:- Draft — saved but no screens assigned yet, or screen selection was skipped
- Published — screens are assigned and content is live on those screens
