A Schedule publishes one or more compositions to loop continuously within a defined start and end date/time window. Unlike Quick Play, a Schedule doesn’t override other schedules — it becomes the active content for the period you set.

How to create a Schedule

1

Open the Publish module and click Publish

Click Publish in the left navigation, then click the Publish button.

2

Select Schedule

On the Configure Publish page, select Schedule.
Configure Publish page with Schedule selected
3

Set the date and time window

Set Start Date, End Date, Start Time, and End Time. A summary bar confirms the window. Click Proceed when ready.
Make sure your compositions are created before setting up a schedule. If you need different content on specific days of the week, time-slot control within a day, or a schedule with no end date, use the Advanced Schedule instead.
4

Add compositions

Click + Browse Content, check each composition you want (they loop in sequence), then click Add to Slot.
The right panel shows a Schedule Configuration Summary. Click Edit there to adjust dates/times without losing your composition selection.
Click Proceed.
5

Select screens and publish

Check the screens you want to target.
If a screen already has a schedule for the same time period, this new one will replace it.
To save without assigning screens, click Skip Screen Selection — the schedule saves as a Draft.Click Publish. The schedule goes live at the start date/time you set and appears in the Schedule tab with a Published status.

Managing schedules

All your schedules are listed in the Schedule tab of the Publish module. Each row shows the name, status, screens assigned, start date, and end date.
Click the (Actions) menu on the row and select Edit. You’ll go through the same steps — Configure, Select Content, Select Screens — and can update any part. Changes take effect on the screens once you re-publish.
Click the (Actions) menu on the row and select Delete. Deleting a published schedule removes it from all assigned screens. This action cannot be undone.
