- Microsoft Teams connected in Settings → Integrations (see Settings).
- Employees linked to their Microsoft user. This happens automatically when their email matches your Microsoft tenant; see Microsoft Teams user ID.

Turn on Microsoft Teams
In the campaign’s Channels step, turn on Microsoft Teams. It’s greyed out until Teams is connected.

Write the message
Enter the message employees will receive in Teams.

Attach media (optional)
Under Optional Media, attach an image or file from your media library.
Messages are sent from the Microsoft account that was connected in Settings → Integrations.
