# What is Artboard and how to use it?

> Learn how to use Pickcel's Artboard graphic editor tool to design signage content for corporate, retail, and restaurant industries

Artboard is Pickcel's built-in graphic editor. Use it to design signage content for corporate, retail, and restaurant industries without leaving the console.

  <Step title="Go to Media module">
    Log in to your Pickcel account and go to the **Media** module.

  <Step title="Click Add Media and select Artboard">
    Click **Add Media**, then select **Artboard** from the options.

  <Step title="Choose a template">
    Pick from the ready-made templates, or use the search bar or industry filters to find one that fits.

  <Step title="Preview or edit the template">
    Click **Preview** to check a template before committing, or **Edit** to open it in the design canvas.

    <Note>
      Prefer a blank slate? Click **Create custom** to build your own template from scratch.

  <Step title="Customize the template">
    On the left, use the toolbar to add or remove elements such as text, shapes, media, menus, labels, and stock images, whatever the template needs to match your content.

  <Step title="Reposition and resize elements">
    Drag any element to reposition it, resize it from its corners, or adjust its font and color from the properties panel.

  <Step title="Save your design">
    When you're happy with the design, give it a name and click **Save**.

  <Step title="View in Media list">
    Your saved design appears in the **Media** list, ready to assign to a composition.
