# How to create a menu using Artboard

> Design restaurant menu boards in Pickcel using Artboard templates and menu editing tools

Use Artboard's restaurant templates to build a digital menu board with editable prices, fonts, and branding, no design software required.

  <Step title="Open Artboard from Media module">
    Log in to your [Pickcel account](https://console.pickcel.com/#/), go to the **Media** module, click **Add Media**, and select **Artboard**.

  <Step title="Filter templates by Restaurant">
    Use the **Restaurant** filter to find menu templates or click **Create Custom** to start from scratch.

  <Step title="Double-click to open menu editor">
    Double-click the menu layout within the template to open the menu editing popup.

  <Step title="Update menu items and prices">
    Update food item names and prices as needed.

    Customize font styles and colors.

    Adjust the layout until the menu matches your branding.

  <Step title="Give a name and click Save">
    When satisfied with the design, give the menu a name and click **Save**.

  <Step title="View in Media list">
    The menu board appears in your **Media** list and can be assigned to compositions or playlists.
