# Why am I not receiving the password reset email?

> If your Pickcel password reset email hasn't arrived, confirm your registered email, wait a few minutes, and check your Spam folder and email filters.

If you requested a [password reset](/faqs/reset-password) but the email hasn't arrived, work through these checks:

    Make sure you entered the **exact email address** registered to your Pickcel account. A typo or a different address means the email won't reach you.

    Delivery can take a short while. Give it a few minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox.

  <Step title="Check Spam, Junk, and email filters">
    Look in your **Spam** or **Junk** folder, and review any **email filters or rules** you've set up that might be redirecting or hiding the message.
