# Billing, payments, and cancellation FAQs

> Answers to common Pickcel billing questions, the free trial, billing cycle, payment methods, auto-debit, cancelling your subscription, and refunds.

### Is Pickcel free?

Pickcel offers a **free 14-day trial**, during which you can add **1 display** at no cost. Once the trial ends, you upgrade to a **Professional** or **Business** plan to keep using the service. See the [pricing page](https://www.pickcel.com/pricing.html) for current plan details.

### What is the billing cycle?

The billing cycle is the period you're charged for, the span between two successive billing statements. Depending on your subscription, it can be **monthly** or **yearly**. For example, on a monthly subscription starting May 5, your first cycle runs from May 5 to June 4.

### What payment methods can I use?

You can pay by **credit card** or **debit card**. **PayPal** is available for manual accounts. Indian customers who run into payment issues may be affected by the RBI mandate. Contact [support](mailto:support@pickcel.com) if you need help.

### Does Pickcel support UPI payments?

Not at the moment. Pickcel currently accepts **card payments** instead of UPI. If you have trouble paying by card, reach out to [support](mailto:support@pickcel.com) for assistance.

### Will I be charged automatically, or do I pay manually each month?

Your card is **automatically charged** on a monthly or yearly basis, based on your subscription. If you add display licenses mid-cycle, the cost for the new licenses is charged upfront for the remaining days until your next billing date, and from the following cycle you receive a single consolidated bill for all licenses.

If your card doesn't support auto-debit, or you're an **Enterprise** customer, a **manual invoice** is generated and sent to you with a payment link.

### Can I cancel my account anytime?

With the **trial**, there are no obligations or commitments; you can cancel anytime. For **paid** plans, cancellation depends on your contract and commitments; contact [support](mailto:support@pickcel.com) for details specific to your plan.

### How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Log in to your Pickcel account and open the **My Plan** module.
2. Click **View plan**.
3. On the plan page, review your plan details and click **Cancel plan**.
4. Click **Cancel plan** again to confirm.

Your plan stays active until the end of your current plan duration, then cancels. See the [cancellation policy](https://www.pickcel.com/refund.html) for full terms.

### What happens when I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation stops your subscription from **renewing** for the next billing cycle; it doesn't immediately deactivate your services. You keep **full access** to all features until the end of your current subscription period. Cancelled subscriptions are **not refunded**, and no pro-rata credits are issued for unused time.

### How do I cancel my trial?

There's nothing to cancel: **the trial never charges you or upgrades on its own.** If you decide not to continue, simply let it run out. Your account stays active and accessible until the **end of the trial period**, and you can [upgrade to a paid plan](/plans-and-pricing/how-to-upgrade-from-trial-plan) anytime if you change your mind.
