# How to configure Pickcel Comms settings?

> Manage your Pickcel Comms profile, company details, Microsoft account, licenses, default screensaver and wallpaper, Teams and WhatsApp integrations, WhatsApp templates, and desktop app downloads.

**Settings** has five sections: **Profile**, **Company**, **Integrations**, **Templates**, and **Downloads**.

## Profile

* **Display name**: shown in the app header and activity log. Click **Save changes**.
* **Email**, **Role** (for example, ADMIN), and **Organization** are set by your organization and are read-only.

## Company

**Company details**

* **Organization name**: edit and click **Update settings**.
* **Tenant ID**: your Microsoft tenant ID (read-only).

**Microsoft account**

* Click **Connect Microsoft** and sign in with an admin account on the same tenant as your employees' PCs.
* This turns on **Auto Register Employee**: PCs deployed through [Intune](/comms/intune-deployment) register under the employee signed in to Windows.
* **Disconnect** removes the link.

**Licenses details**

* **Employee license usage**: seats used out of seats available. Each employee uses one seat.
* **Your channels**: the channels your plan includes.

**Default Screensaver**

* The playlist new screens get, and what screens go back to when a campaign's screensaver end date passes.
* Click **Change**, pick a playlist, and click **Set as default**.
* Tick **Update existing screens** to also switch screens that currently use the old default.

**Default wallpaper**

* The image new screens get, and what PCs go back to when a campaign's wallpaper end date passes.
* Click **Change** and pick an image.

## Integrations

Each card shows **Not connected** until setup is complete.

## WhatsApp templates

Under **Templates**, create and view the WhatsApp message templates your campaigns can use. Connect WhatsApp Business first.

1. Click **Create template**.
2. Fill in:
   * **Template name**: lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores only (for example `order_confirmed_success`).
   * **Language**: for example English (en).
   * **Category**: **Utility**, **Marketing**, or **Authentication**.
   * **Header** and **Body** (optional): add variables as `{{variable_name}}` (lowercase, no spaces). Text can't start or end with a variable.
3. Click **Create template**. It can be used in campaigns once Meta approves it.
