# How to read the Pickcel Comms dashboard?

> Understand the Pickcel Comms dashboard: messages sent per channel, delivery trend, date ranges, and recent campaign activity.

The **Dashboard** is the first page after you sign in. It shows how many messages went out, on which channels, and your latest campaigns.

## Date range

Pick **Today**, **Last 7 Days** (default), **Last 30 Days**, or **Last 90 Days**. Every number and chart on the page follows this range.

## Message counts

* **Total Messages Sent**: all messages in the range, with the % change from the previous period of the same length.
* One card per channel: **Teams**, **WhatsApp**, **Notification**, **Screensaver**, **Ticker**, **Wallpaper**, with the count and its share of the total.

  A message is one channel of one campaign. A campaign sent on 4 channels adds 4 to the total, however many employees it reaches.

## Charts

* **Messages by Channel**: bar chart comparing channels.
* **Delivery Trend**: messages per channel, per day.

## Campaign Activity

* Recent campaigns with recipient count, channel, date, and status.
* Filter by **All**, **Sent**, or **Draft**.
