# How to show a scrolling ticker on employee desktops with Pickcel Comms?

> Add scrolling headlines with optional links and a company logo to a ticker bar on employee PCs, and set its position, duration, speed, colors, and font.

**Needs**

* Pickcel Comms Notification app on the PC ([Desktop apps](/comms/desktop-apps))

<Steps>
  <Step title="Turn on Ticker">
    In the campaign's **Channels** step, turn on **Ticker**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add headlines">
    * **Headline Content**: up to 120 characters (required).
    * **Headline URL**: optional link for the headline.
    * **Add Headline** adds more. Drag to reorder, click the trash icon to delete.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add a logo (optional)">
    **Show Company Logo** is on by default. Click **Select logo** and pick an image from your media library, or turn the toggle off.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set layout and motion">
    * **Position**: **Top** or **Bottom** (default).
    * **Duration**: **10s**, **20s**, **30s**, **60s**, or **Persistent** (default).
    * **Scroll Speed**: **Slow**, **Medium** (default), or **Fast**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set appearance">
    * **Background Color** (default `#1F2937`) and **Text Color** (default `#FFFFFF`): use the picker or type a hex value.
    * **Font Family**: Inter, Plus Jakarta Sans, Roboto, Arial, or System.

The **Preview** shows the ticker scrolling with your settings. Hover over it to pause.
