# How to send a campaign to Microsoft Teams with Pickcel Comms?

> Connect Microsoft Teams to Pickcel Comms and send campaign messages, with an optional image or file, to employees in Teams.

**Needs**

* Microsoft Teams connected in **Settings** → **Integrations** (see [Settings](/comms/settings#integrations)).
* Employees linked to their Microsoft user. This happens automatically when their email matches your Microsoft tenant; see [Microsoft Teams user ID](/comms/employees#microsoft-teams-user-id).

<Steps>
  <Step title="Turn on Microsoft Teams">
    In the campaign's **Channels** step, turn on **Microsoft Teams**. It's greyed out until Teams is connected.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Write the message">
    Enter the message employees will receive in Teams.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Attach media (optional)">
    Under **Optional Media**, attach an image or file from your media library.
