# How to Display SharePoint Pages on Your Screens Using Pickcel's SharePoint App?

> Display Microsoft SharePoint pages, news, and updates on your digital signage screens with the Pickcel SharePoint app, including slideshow, display styles, and QR code access.

The Pickcel SharePoint App lets you share information from your Microsoft SharePoint environment directly on digital signage screens. You can display SharePoint pages, news, and updates, showcase a single critical page, or present a loop of multiple pages as a dynamic slideshow, with customizable styles and the convenience of QR code access for detailed viewing.

## Accessing the SharePoint App

    Log in to the Pickcel Console and, from the left-hand navigation menu, click **Apps**.

    In the search bar, type "**SharePoint**" and select the app from the results.

## Steps to Create Your SharePoint App

  <Step title="Sign in to Microsoft">
    Securely connect your Pickcel account with your SharePoint environment.

    * Click the **Sign in to Microsoft** button.
    * A Microsoft authentication window will appear. Enter your Microsoft credentials. If your organization uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), follow the prompts to complete the sign-in process.

    Upon successful authentication, the app automatically fetches and displays all SharePoint sites your account has access to.

  <Step title="Select your SharePoint site and configure the display style">
    Once authenticated, configure how your SharePoint content will be presented on your screens.

    * **Name**: Give your app a descriptive name (e.g., "Company News & Updates", "Department Intranet", "Project Management Hub").
    * **Select Site**: From the dropdown list, choose the specific SharePoint site you wish to display content from. This list is populated automatically after you sign in to Microsoft.
    * **Enable Slide Show**: Toggle this **ON** to loop through all available pages within the selected SharePoint site, creating a dynamic slideshow.
      * **If ON**: Enter a **Post Duration** (in seconds). This determines how long each SharePoint page is displayed before transitioning to the next.
      * **If OFF**: You will be prompted to select a **single page** from the chosen site to display. This is ideal for showcasing a specific, static piece of information.
    * **Select Style**: Choose a visual theme for how your SharePoint pages render on the screen: **circle**, **classic**, or **full view** style. Experiment with these styles to find the best fit for your content and brand.
    * **Show QR Code**: Toggle this **ON** to display a QR code on the screen alongside your SharePoint content. Viewers can scan it with their smartphones to open the full SharePoint page in their mobile browser for more detailed information (the viewer must have access to view the page).

  <Step title="Create the App">
    Once all your settings are configured, click **Create App** to finalize your SharePoint app. It's now ready to be added to a playlist and published to your digital signage network.
